Access to the platform will be free of charge.

Research staff and PhD students of the Project Partners will be eligible for setting up accounts on the PPM platform.

Any member of the public will be able to download and reuse the resources archived on the PPM platform under the licences granted.

It will not be possible to archive articles from daily newspapers on the platform. Only scientific journal articles, peer-reviewed conference proceedings, scientific monographs, chapters from scientific monographs, theses, dissertations and research data will be archived and made available on the platform.

Publications will be imported into the system by repository editors or authors who will have their accounts set up on the platform.

Only repository editors will be eligible to remove the archived publications when applicable.

Publications that are under embargo period from their publishers will also be archived on the PPM platform, however, they will not be available to the platform users until the embargo period expires.

The data shared on the platform will be made available according to the Five-Star Open Data scheme, mainly on the fourth and fifth level.

The PPM platform is planned to launch in the second half of 2020.
